By far the best calculator app that I found for the iPad is called Free GraCalc and i can honestly say that it is better than some of the paid Apps. Its fast and easy to use and its able to graph even complex functions with ease. Theres more to it though it also has a triangle solver and a polynomial solver that works up to cubic equations. it has a table with function values and a reference page to look up definitions from most content areas. to download all you have to do is go into the app store and type in Free GraCalc and it will pop up. Remember its Free and easy to use.

Geoboard

Yes there is a Geoboard app so no more having your class in chaos with rubber bands and tweeties flying across the room. its easy to use and it allows for better use by letting your “Rubber bands” stretch infinately instead of breaking. It also allows you to shade in certain shapes.

Khan Academy

Khan academy is already a power house in online education and it continues to grow and spread. With their App you can veiw all their videos and it also has a full script below the videos so you can pick-up where you left off with ease. Its a great app by an already great educational resource.
